Solicitor / Associate — Property Damage (Commercial Insurance)

Join a national commercial insurance team handling a varied caseload of complex property‑damage disputes. The role covers first‑party and third‑party property damage, product liability, policy coverage issues and subrogated recoveries.

This role is open across multiple regional UK offices with hybrid working available. You will manage your own caseload, support larger loss matters, and act as a senior resource for more junior fee‑earners while maintaining strong client service standards.

• Experience handling insurance property claims, including first‑party and/or third‑party property damage.
• Familiarity with product liability, policy coverage analysis and subrogation/recovery processes.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload to tight deadlines and communicate complex issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated with demonstrable experience coaching or supervising junior team members.
