Our client, a leading national law firm with a strong reputation in insurance litigation, is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its dedicated Casualty Fraud team in Manchester. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of fast-track fixed-fee claims (with scope for multi-track work depending on experience), working on behalf of insurers and insured clients across the UK.

You will handle predominately personal injury cases involving employer's liability, public liability, and highways claims, with a focus on identifying and defending fraudulent or exaggerated claims. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting liability investigations, liaising with clients, witnesses, and the court, and ensuring compliance with service levels, KPIs, and internal procedures.

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 7 years' PQE
Previous experience managing defendant EL/PL casualty claims is essential
Experience handling fraud-related claims is desirable
Strong working knowledge of PL, EL and Highways law
Ability to manage a mixed caseload independently
Excellent communication, influencing, and team-working skills
Genuine interest in claims validation and fraud investigation
