Senior associate opportunity in a global project development and finance practice handling large-scale project financings across energy and infrastructure sectors. The team advises both lenders and sponsors on complex, cross-border transactions and is active on market-leading financings.

The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating with multidisciplinary and international teams, and contributing to deal strategy from structuring through closing. You will work on sophisticated financings related to energy transition and infrastructure development.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project finance or project development finance.
Experience at a national or international law firm on leveraged, syndicated or structured project financings.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on finance documents (e.g., credit agreements, security packages, intercreditor and sponsor agreements).
Team-oriented, able to manage client relationships and collaborate with multi-jurisdictional colleagues.
