Leading international law firm is expanding its Projects & Energy Transition team in Perth and seeks a Senior Associate with strong project finance and corporate finance experience. The role involves advising on complex project finance transactions, acquisition finance and lending matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in a reputable law firm
Proven experience in project finance, lending and transactional work
Strong technical drafting skills and commercial legal judgment
Ability to lead matter workstreams and mentor junior lawyers; excellent written and verbal communication
