Senior Associate role within a major projects and construction team based in Perth. The role focuses on front‑end construction and infrastructure development work, including contract preparation, commercial negotiation and strategic advice on project delivery and risk allocation.

You will work on high‑value, complex matters for a mix of public and private sector clients across energy, resources, mining, real estate and contracting sectors, and will be expected to provide commercially focused, cost‑effective solutions throughout project life cycles.

The team offers varied, market‑leading work and opportunities to be involved in business development and industry engagement while supporting broader project and delivery teams.

Recognised front‑end projects and/or construction experience in private practice or in‑house, advising on infrastructure or major development projects
Proven expertise drafting and negotiating construction, operation & maintenance and related project agreements under different commercial frameworks
Strong legal analysis and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and commercially
Client‑service mindset; collaborative team player with interest in business development and industry engagement
