Senior non-contentious construction role in a well-established London projects, development and construction team. The team advises on procurement, contracting and risk management across regeneration, housing and accommodation, commercial development, healthcare, energy/renewables and large-scale infrastructure projects.

The role is primarily advisory and transactional, covering standard-form and bespoke construction and development contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC/EPCM and multi-party arrangements). You will work on contracting strategy, drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on project risk and payment/extension issues and supporting large due diligence and development matters.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with an expectation of regular attendance for core days in the London office. The firm offers opportunities for career progression, business-development involvement and know‑how development within a collaborative team environment.

Minimum 6+ years' post-qualification experience in construction or projects law
Strong non-contentious construction background with experience of JCT, NEC and FIDIC (and exposure to EPC/EPCM) and commercial negotiation
Proven ability to run matters, manage files and supervise junior lawyers
Experience or interest in development, housing/accommodation or renewables desirable; appetite for business development and sector-focused know‑how
Organised team player with strong drafting, commercial judgment and client-facing skills
