Senior Associate opportunity in a top-tier projects disputes team in Brisbane, working on complex construction and infrastructure disputes across Australia and the region. You will work on high-value commercial and contractual disputes arising from major projects, including infrastructure, mining, property development, social infrastructure and renewables.

Work will include arbitration and Supreme Court litigation, expert determination, mediation, DRBs/DABs and other ADR processes, plus advisory work on claims and dispute resolution during project delivery. The role offers hybrid working (typically around 60% office / 40% home) and scope to work interstate and on international secondments via the firm's global alliance.

The team emphasises development: you will be supported to take lead roles on matters, build a specialist niche, participate in business development and mentor more junior lawyers as part of your progression.

Recently promoted Senior Associate or equivalent early-stage senior associate with solid construction/projects disputes experience.
Experience with construction and infrastructure disputes: arbitration, court litigation and ADR preferred.
Proven ability to manage larger matters and work collaboratively within multi-jurisdictional teams.
Interest in business development activities (pitches, articles, industry events) and mentoring/junior development.
