Join a Jakarta-based Projects & Energy Transition team within a leading international firm’s Indonesian office. The team advises on complex transactions and development matters across power (including renewables), oil & gas, mining and infrastructure, working with both public and private clients across Southeast Asia.

The role involves advising on project structuring, project agreements, project finance and regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating key documentation, and working with an international network of colleagues on cross-border matters.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and admission to practice in Indonesia.
Approximately 7 years' post-qualification experience in projects/energy (Senior Associate level) at leading Indonesian law firms or equivalent.
Proven experience on power/renewables, oil & gas, mining or infrastructure projects; experience with project finance and large-scale project agreements preferred.
Strong legal drafting and regulatory/technical skills, commercial mindset and client-facing experience.
Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages or an LLM is a plus.
