Senior Associate — Projects, Future Energy (Sydney)

Seeking a Senior Associate to join a specialist future energy team in Sydney focused on the energy transition. The role offers exposure to project development, energy markets and reform, project financing, energy M&A and regulatory/market-design work across renewable and transition energy assets.

You will work with a market-leading team advising developers, investors, banks, governments, regulators and market operators on complex transactional and regulatory matters. The team is highly ranked and handles significant transactions and reform projects across the sector.

• Prior experience in energy, infrastructure or related transactional/regulatory work, or a strong desire to retrain into energy
• Demonstrable interest in renewable energy and the energy transition
