Seeking a non-contentious Senior Associate or Associate to join a national Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team, with home base options across multiple UK offices and hybrid working. The role will focus on complex construction and projects work across infrastructure and energy sectors.

The team advises on matters across energy (including renewables), utilities, civil engineering and real estate development for a mix of developers, funders and public-sector clients. The national team is well resourced and growing, with lawyers at all levels and an established partner group.

This is a hands-on role managing client matters, supervising junior staff, supporting tenders and contributing to business development and team strategy — a clear opportunity for rapid progression within a collaborative, people-focused practice.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with 2+ years PQE.
Experience in non-contentious construction, projects or infrastructure work; familiarity with standard industry forms.
Client-focused, able to manage matters with minimal supervision and build strong relationships.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and participating in business development.
