Join a national infrastructure and projects team advising public and private sector clients on complex long-term infrastructure contracts, including PFI/PPP and related services arrangements. The role offers exposure to significant regional and national projects across sectors such as health, education, transport, energy, water/environment and regeneration.

Working within a multi-disciplinary practice, you will provide practical, commercially focused legal advice, support the operational contract management of PFI/PPP arrangements, and assist with contract expiry and hand-back issues. The team is collaborative and growth-focused, offering opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

Commercial contract experience, with exposure to PFI/PPP or similar long-term public-sector infrastructure frameworks
Experience advising on operational management of infrastructure projects and preparing for contract expiry/hand-back (desirable)
Ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice and manage matters commensurate with experience
Proven record of working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary and cross-office teams
Ability to operate independently, build client relationships and contribute to business development
Strong technical legal knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills
