You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide practical, commercial legal advice on the structuring, delivery and operational management of infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to build client relationships, develop a practice, contribute to business development and training, and work on significant regional and national infrastructure matters.

  • Approximately 5+ years' PQE in commercial contracts with experience on public sector infrastructure projects and PFI/PPP frameworks.
  • Experience advising on operational management of PFI/PPP projects and preparing for contract expiry/hand‑back.
  • Ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice and to lead on matters independently.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary and multi‑office teams.
  • Strong technical drafting and interpersonal skills; client‑facing and business development capability.
