An established UK practice is seeking a commercially focused solicitor to join its award-winning Commercial and Public Procurement team in Leeds. The team acts for a strong public sector client base (notably healthcare, infrastructure, technology and central government) and a growing number of private-sector organisations working on public projects.

This role offers exposure to high-profile, cross‑practice projects. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial and procurement documentation, provide pragmatic risk-based advice, and contribute to project management and business development activities.

Qualified solicitor with solid commercial law experience; interest or experience in health and public sector contracting preferred.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts; procurement experience advantageous or willingness to develop it.
Commercial, client-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage own matters, work collaboratively in a team, and contribute to business development and training activities.
