Senior Associate opportunity within a national Projects & Real Estate team based in Brisbane. The role will involve advising on commercial, retail and industrial real estate matters and supporting infrastructure, energy and resources project work. You will handle complex, market-leading transactions and contribute to a collaborative, national practice.

The team values strong technical drafting, commercially-focused advice and close client engagement. This position offers responsibility for matter management, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development and practice growth.

Around 6 years' post-qualification experience in Australian real estate law (PQE ~6).
Proven drafting experience of agreements, contracts and deeds in commercial, retail or industrial leasing and property transactions.
Strong analytical, research and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
Demonstrated client service and relationship-management ability; experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
Enthusiasm for business development and participation in industry networks.
