Senior Associate — Public Company M&A, Fort Lauderdale

Senior-level corporate associate position in a public company mergers & acquisitions team based in Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on leading sophisticated public M&A transactions from structuring and negotiation through closing, working with clients across industries and coordinating cross-office resources.

Responsibilities include serving as primary client contact on deals, supervising junior lawyers and support staff, managing complex cross-border and multi-jurisdictional issues, and handling post-closing matters. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-growing South Florida market.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
• 6–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with a strong focus on public company M&A
• Proven ability to manage transactions independently and lead deal teams
• Excellent written and oral communication, client management, and supervisory skills
• Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactions preferred
