Senior Associate role within a busy Core Real Estate team based in Cardiff. The position involves advising on a broad range of property matters for institutional, developer and corporate clients, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development and asset management.

You will manage transactions end-to-end, draft and negotiate contracts and leases, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development activity. The team works collaboratively across a national network and offers exposure to varied, high-quality property work.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with approximately 8 years' post-qualification experience in real estate law.
Proven technical experience across acquisitions, disposals, lettings, landlord & tenant and asset management matters.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and handling end-to-end transactions.
Commercial awareness, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and demonstrable business development capability.
