Senior Associate role within a busy Core Real Estate team in Edinburgh, working on high-quality property transactions for institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers. The role involves acquisitions, disposals, lettings, asset management and supporting Scottish real estate elements of corporate and finance deals.

You will manage transactions end-to-end, draft and negotiate contracts and leases, lead local client service teams on matters, and supervise and mentor junior colleagues. Qualified solicitor in Scotland with approximately 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law.
Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters; excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Demonstrable experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing multiple matters under pressure.
Commercially minded, client-focused, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
