Senior Associate opportunity in a market-leading Real Estate team based in Melbourne. The role involves working on a broad range of property matters across commercial, industrial, retail, residential, infrastructure and renewables for major corporate, institutional and government clients.

You'll advise on significant development projects, sales and acquisitions, leasing and general property advice, working closely with senior real estate lawyers on high‑profile and complex transactions. The team has deep market experience and a strong pipeline of large-scale matters.

Proven experience as a Senior Associate or equivalent within a leading property practice.
Hands-on experience across multiple asset classes (commercial, industrial, retail, residential, infrastructure/renewables).
Strong drafting skills and ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.
Excellent client service orientation, communication skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers.
Resilient, self-motivated, with attention to detail and able to work autonomously.
