Opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a well-regarded real estate team in Melbourne. The role involves advising on a mix of commercial property matters, development projects and transactional work for institutional and corporate clients.

The team offers varied mandate work, strong deal flow and collaboration with senior lawyers. This is a hands-on role with significant client contact and opportunities to lead matters and mentor more junior staff.

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Several years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Demonstrated experience managing deals and client relationships
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
