A leading Australian real estate team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Melbourne office. The role will sit within a busy commercial property practice handling a broad range of transactional work.

Typical matters include acquisitions and disposals, leasing, property development and related commercial documentation. The team acts for institutional and corporate clients on complex, high-value property matters.

• Established real estate transactional experience at senior associate level
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across leases, sale/purchase and development documentation
• Proven ability to manage matters and supervise junior staff
• Admitted to practice in Australia (Victoria admission preferred)
