Leading Milan-based real estate team seeks a Senior Associate with a strong background in administrative law, focused on urban development, land use and building regulation. The role involves supporting transactions and projects across acquisition, development and urban transformation workstreams.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on transactional and regulatory aspects, including contractual negotiations and permitting/urban-planning issues. The team offers a collaborative environment, regular professional development and exposure to complex, high-profile development matters.

6–7 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in administrative law or in a boutique/department focused on planning and public law
Proven expertise in urban planning, land-use and construction-related regulatory work
Experience on acquisition and asset development matters, including contract negotiation
Excellent written and spoken English; strong academic record
