The role will involve joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity real estate matters, REIT work and leasing, and will include supervising more junior attorneys.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Strong academic record
Transaction experience in real estate — joint ventures, purchases/sales, private equity real estate, REITs and/or leasing
Prior experience at a peer law firm; supervisory experience a plus
