Apply in confidence →Join a leading international firm’s Real Estate team in London to advise on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects supporting the UK’s net-zero transition. You will work on renewable generation, storage, hydrogen, EV infrastructure, heat networks, and other energy-related real estate matters.
The role involves drafting and negotiating options, leases, development agreements and other project documentation; leading title, access and land assembly due diligence; and supporting consent and compulsory acquisition processes for major infrastructure schemes.
You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across planning, construction, corporate, regulatory and finance, work with developers, landowners, funders and public bodies, and help supervise and develop junior lawyers.
- Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with circa 5 years’ PQE and strong commercial real estate experience.
- Experience on energy, renewables, infrastructure or major development projects (onshore/offshore renewables, storage, hydrogen, EV, heat networks, etc.).
- Proven drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage complex matters and multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with a collaborative mindset and interest in business development and team growth.
