Senior associate role within a large residential development team acting for national and regional housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners. You will focus on complex land acquisition and disposal work across England and Wales, supporting large-scale new housing schemes and urban regeneration projects.

Work will include development agreements, conditional contracts, strategic options, disposals of serviced parcels, collaboration agreements between developers and funding/transactional documentation. The role sits in a multidisciplinary team with access to planning, litigation and construction specialists and a large plot acquisition resource.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate or development law.
Practical experience or strong interest in residential development work — land acquisition, conditional contracts, options, development agreements and disposals.
Experience acting for or advising housebuilders, promoters or institutional landowners is advantageous.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills; able to drive matters to completion on complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
