Join a leading German restructuring & insolvency practice in Munich as a Senior Associate. You will work on complex domestic and cross-border restructurings, distressed M&A and insolvency-related financings, advising debtors, creditors, investors and corporate clients throughout the crisis lifecycle.

The role offers significant client contact, close collaboration with specialist teams across offices, and opportunities for international secondments. The team handles high‑profile, sector‑specific crisis matters and provides both litigation and transactional exposure.

Qualified lawyer with several years' post-qualification experience in restructuring & insolvency law
Strong academic record and very good English language skills
Experience with distressed M&A, insolvency-related financing or creditor representation
Commercial mindset, team orientation and interest in cross-border matters; LL.M. or doctorate welcomed
