Senior associate role within a national serious injury team specialising in military and armed forces claims. The team handles high-value, complex claimant personal injury matters and provides a holistic case-management approach that includes rehabilitation and long-term support for injured clients and their families.

The post is flexible on office location (Birmingham preferred) and involves managing your own caseload while supporting specialist military claims matters, including high-value on- and off-duty compensation claims, representation at coroner’s inquests and support with service inquiry matters. The role offers hybrid working and access to wellbeing and development programmes.

4–8 years PQE in claimant personal injury / serious injury litigation
Experience of handling high‑value, complex personal injury claims; exposure to inquests and military claims desirable
Confident business development and relationship‑building skills
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills; able to work independently
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationally to meet clients
