Join a high-performing claimant-focused Serious Injury team within a leading international practice. The team handles complex, high-value personal injury and medical negligence matters (brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, fatal cases and other severe injuries), with responsibility for delivering specialist casework and client-focused outcomes.

The role offers early responsibility: you will manage your own files, work closely with senior colleagues and counsel, draft trial documentation and liaise with experts, clients and families. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong commitment to rehabilitation-focused client care.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 5–12 PQE
Proven experience on claimant serious injury matters and knowledge of rehabilitation processes
Strong case management skills and experience drafting litigation/trial documents
Excellent client-handling skills with an empathetic approach to injured clients and families
Enthusiastic team player, commercially minded with an interest in developing a personal profile (marketing/career development)
Strong academic background
