Join a well‑regarded Australian construction and infrastructure practice as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel based in Newcastle. The team advises on major procurement, construction and infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors, with work spanning front‑end procurement and contract drafting through to claims, dispute resolution and litigation.

This role offers hands‑on responsibility on large projects, regular interaction with government and corporate clients, and close mentorship from senior lawyers. Minimum 5 years' post‑admission experience in construction law.
Experience in front‑end procurement/contract drafting and/or back‑end disputes and claims on large construction or infrastructure projects; experience across both is highly desirable.
Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team growth.
