Senior role within a well-regarded Australian construction and infrastructure team, with opportunities across multiple offices (including Newcastle, Melbourne and Brisbane). The team advises on major procurement, construction and infrastructure projects for government agencies, state-owned entities, energy and resources companies, property developers and major contractors.

The role offers exposure across project lifecycle work — from front-end procurement, contract drafting and negotiation to back-end claims, contract administration and dispute resolution. You will work closely with senior lawyers and receive structured mentorship and career development.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in construction law.
Substantive experience in front‑end project work (procurement, contract drafting/negotiation) and/or back‑end matters (claims, dispute resolution) for large construction or infrastructure projects; experience across both is highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead matter teams and support junior lawyers through mentoring and supervision.
Admitted to practise in the relevant Australian jurisdiction and able to work from one of the advertised offices.
