Leading national practice seeks a senior disputes lawyer to join its Brisbane projects team, focusing on construction and infrastructure matters. The role will handle complex disputes across litigation, arbitration and adjudication, advising project participants at all levels.

You will run and contribute to contentious mandates, draft pleadings and expert materials, manage interlocutory processes, and work with external counsel on arbitrations and tribunals. The position offers regular client contact and responsibility for supervising junior fee-earners.

Strong candidates will be commercially minded, confident in court and tribunal settings, and able to support business development within the projects disputes practice.

Admitted lawyer in Australia with substantial construction disputes experience.
Proven track record in litigation, arbitration and/or adjudication on construction or large infrastructure matters.
Experience drafting court/tribunal documents and managing complex procedural steps.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice development.
