An opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a high-performing Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team in Perth. The team advises on a full range of workplace issues for public- and private-sector clients and acts on complex, high-profile matters across courts and tribunals.

The role will involve advising on industrial relations, employment, work health & safety, anti-discrimination and related regulatory and compliance matters, and providing strategic, commercial advice to senior clients. There are strong opportunities for practice development and to contribute to a collaborative, specialist team.

Proven experience at Senior Associate / Special Counsel level in workplace relations or employment law
Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills with high-quality academic background
Ability to provide timely, commercially astute advice and work autonomously or as part of a team
Drive for business development and practice growth, with client-focused approach
High initiative, organisational ability and commitment to delivering excellent client service
