Established structured finance team in London is seeking a Senior Associate to support and lead complex securitisations, insurance/reinsurance financings and other structured financing arrangements. The role sits in a collaborative, cross-practice group that works closely with banking, funds, financial regulation and derivatives specialists to deliver integrated, commercial solutions.

The role offers exposure to complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions and responsibility for drafting, negotiating and advising on extensive documentation. Qualified lawyer in England & Wales (or another common law jurisdiction) with 5+ years PQE.
Solid technical knowledge of structured finance and experience on securitisations or related complex financings, including cross‑border matters.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on extensive documentation.
Ability to lead transactions under supervision, mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively across practice areas.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
