Join a Technology & Media commercial team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract advising on complex commercial, ICT regulatory and public policy matters. The team works on cross‑border, strategic matters linked to clients’ technology and digital transformation programmes.

Work includes high‑value IT, outsourcing and software transactions, product commercialisation for technology companies, and emerging areas such as AI, cyber, cloud and digital regulation. You will handle client‑facing matters, contribute to multi‑jurisdictional projects and support large compliance and data protection programmes.

The role offers exposure to market‑leading, high‑profile mandates, collaboration with colleagues across UK offices and the firm’s international network, and opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, training and business development.

Typically 5–7 PQE with a strong grounding in commercial contracts; demonstrable experience or interest in IT, technology, communications, digital regulation or data protection.
Experience from a City, leading regional or international law firm, or relevant in‑house role.
Proven client handling and matter management skills; confident dealing directly with clients.
Excellent drafting, commercial judgement, analytical and communication skills; collaborative team player.
