Senior Associate role in a London technology transactions team focused on commercial tech work, including SaaS/cloud agreements, outsourcing, software licensing, development and system implementation projects. The role includes drafting and negotiating commercial tech contracts and advising on AI contracting and AI governance frameworks.

You will work on a mix of client-facing transactional matters across technology and telecoms sectors, supporting senior lawyers on complex deals and contributing to AI-related contractual and governance advice.

Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience with substantial technology transactions experience
Practical experience advising on AI contracting and AI governance issues
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills across SaaS/cloud, outsourcing, software licensing and tech development agreements
Good understanding of contractual risk allocation (warranties, indemnities, liability caps), SLAs, transition/exit, change control and related commercial provisions
