Senior Associate role in a busy Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice based in Melbourne. The position offers wide exposure to commercial technology work across advisory, transactional and strategy matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

Work will include negotiating and drafting complex services, outsourcing, cloud/platform and AI-related agreements, plus IP ownership, licensing and commercialisation matters. There are also opportunities to support large business‑change and transformation projects, particularly in regulated sectors such as energy, utilities and other critical infrastructure.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 5–8 years post‑qualification experience.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on commercial technology transactions (services, outsourcing, cloud/platforms, AI-related agreements).
Experience working on technology and IP matters in regulated sectors; energy/critical infrastructure experience highly regarded.
Strong matter management, stakeholder engagement and mentoring skills; commercial awareness and interest in business development.
