Senior Associate opportunity in a busy Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) team in Melbourne. The role sits in a growing, collaborative practice advising Australian and multinational clients on privacy, cyber security, digital regulation and broader technology matters.

You will support and lead advisory, regulatory and incident-response matters, including cross-border APAC work, transactional support for technology and digital transformation projects, and compliance program uplift. The role involves matter and budget management, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development and knowledge-sharing across the team.

Qualified to practise in Australia with c.6–8 years PQE.
Demonstrable technical experience in privacy, data protection and information security.
Hands-on cyber incident response experience, including regulatory aspects and cyber insurance issues.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities and supervise junior staff.
