Admitted lawyer with 5+ years' post‑admission experience in employment law.
Experience in a leading law firm or the legal team of a large organisation/department.
Proven tribunal and court advocacy or exposure to litigation/industrial disputes.
Strong research, technical drafting and advisory skills; ability to build enduring client relationships.
Eligibility to work and practise law in Australia; able to work autonomously and mentor junior staff.
