Senior Associate — Workplace Health & Safety, Sydney

Senior Associate opportunity in a national workplace health & safety team, based in Sydney with flexible hybrid options and collaboration across other offices. The team acts for both private and public sector employers on incident response, regulatory investigations, prosecutions and inquests, and provides advice on incident management, psychosocial matters, WHS systems and workplace culture.

You will work autonomously on a diverse caseload while supported by a national specialist team, gaining exposure to clients across industries including government, mining, transport, financial services, insurance, education and healthcare. The role supports flexible and part-time arrangements.

• 3–7 years post-qualification experience in workplace health & safety or employment law
• Practical knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and regulatory framework
• Proven experience managing matters end-to-end, including incident response, investigations, prosecutions and inquests
• Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills; ability to work autonomously and collaborate across national teams
