The role offers exposure to high-profile, varied matters across employment law, industrial relations, discrimination, work health & safety, whistleblowing and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
You will work on complex advisory and litigious matters across Courts and Tribunals, collaborate with a specialist team, and contribute to client-facing delivery on significant files for large public and private sector organisations.
The team supports flexible working arrangements and encourages professional development and participation in business development activities such as seminars and publications.
- Minimum 3 years PQE in private practice or in-house employment law role
- Substantive experience in industrial relations, employment law and/or workplace health & safety matters
- Experience advising on dispute resolution and litigation in Courts or Tribunals
- Strong communication, commercial judgment and the ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team
- Interest in business development and professional profile-building (seminars, articles)
