Join a market-leading Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety practice in Brisbane as a Senior Associate. This is a full-time, permanent role working across industrial relations, employment, work health & safety and anti-discrimination matters.

You will work on varied and high-profile matters including industrial strategy and disputes, project support, compliance and regulatory matters, restructuring, underpayment issues and litigation across courts and tribunals. The team advises large corporates, universities, government and private sector clients.

The group values practical, commercial advice, collaborative problem-solving and mentoring junior lawyers. There is strong opportunity to contribute to the team’s continued growth and to broaden technical experience across the full employment lifecycle.

Proven senior associate experience in employment and industrial relations matters; WHS experience desirable
Ability to draft clear, commercial advice and court/tribunal documents
Strong client-facing skills and proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders
Demonstrated mentoring/coaching of junior team members and a proactive approach to personal development
