The role involves a mix of advisory and contentious work: managing employment litigation and investigations, advising on enterprise bargaining and regulatory compliance, and engaging with WHS regulators. You will work in a collaborative team that values innovation and efficient use of technology to deliver practical commercial advice.

- At least 5 years' post‑admission experience practising employment/workplace law at a reputable Australian law firm.
- Experience with industrial relations (including enterprise bargaining) and work health & safety matters highly regarded.
- Proven experience managing employment disputes, investigations and regulatory matters; capable of running matters with minimal supervision.
- Client‑focused with strong relationship skills; ability to mentor and delegate to junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Interest in and willingness to contribute to business development and practice growth.
