Join a leading workplace practice in Sydney as a Senior Associate within a high‑performing employment team. The group advises employers across the full spectrum of workplace law, including employment disputes, industrial relations, discrimination and work health & safety.

The role involves a mix of advisory and contentious work: managing employment litigation and investigations, advising on enterprise bargaining and regulatory compliance, and engaging with WHS regulators. You will work in a collaborative team that values innovation and efficient use of technology to deliver practical commercial advice.

This is an opportunity to join a practice experiencing growth, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor more junior lawyers while managing complex matters with increasing autonomy.

  • At least 5 years' post‑admission experience practising employment/workplace law at a reputable Australian law firm.
  • Experience with industrial relations (including enterprise bargaining) and work health & safety matters highly regarded.
  • Proven experience managing employment disputes, investigations and regulatory matters; capable of running matters with minimal supervision.
  • Client‑focused with strong relationship skills; ability to mentor and delegate to junior lawyers and paralegals.
  • Interest in and willingness to contribute to business development and practice growth.
