A leading international law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its London banking & finance team. The role will focus on lending and broader banking work, supporting transaction execution, documentation and client advice on commercial financing matters.

The successful candidate will join a busy, deal-oriented practice and work closely with partners and counsel across the firm’s finance group. This position offers exposure to cross-border transactions and opportunities to contribute to business development within the practice.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification in a common law jurisdiction
Established experience in banking and lending transactions with strong drafting and documentation skills
Comfortable working on complex, often cross-border matters and managing client relationships
Strong commercial awareness, teamwork and the ability to work to tight deadlines
