Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in good standing (must maintain licensure during employment).
6+ years' experience in business immigration, with substantial experience handling nonimmigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa matters.
Experience in a high‑volume corporate immigration practice and familiarity with employer immigration processes.
Strong writing, organizational, and legal research skills.
