The role supports IP teams across multiple offices, developing and implementing streamlined workflows, automation, templates, and knowledge-management solutions to increase efficiency and consistency in prosecution, portfolio management and client delivery.
The attorney will collaborate with partners and associates, work with legal-technology and operations colleagues, and drive change by delivering training, best-practice playbooks and practical tools. This is a multi-office role with regular cross-office coordination and project-based responsibilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission or eligibility
- Practical experience in intellectual property matters (prosecution, portfolio management, or IP transactions)
- Demonstrable experience with legal technology, document automation, templates, or practice/process improvement
- Strong project management, training and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort working across offices and managing cross-functional initiatives
