Senior Career Associate — Commercial Litigation, Austin

Seeking a Senior Career Associate to join a national litigation team supporting a Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement practice. The role focuses on managing a substantial docket for a major technology client and will involve strategy development, drafting dispositive motions and other briefs, directing fact and discovery work, and occasional oral argument.

There will also be opportunities to work across related areas, including financial-services, white‑collar, and privacy/data‑security litigation and enforcement matters. This is a career‑track (non‑partner) role designed for experienced litigators who want substantive work with a more predictable time commitment than the traditional partner track.

• At least 8 years of civil litigation experience (complex commercial litigation preferred).
• Strong legal research and drafting skills — motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Experience managing discovery tasks, including e‑discovery workflows.
• Excellent project and case management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials; writing sample required.
