Senior Career Associate opening in a national litigation group supporting a Strategic Advisory & Government Enforcement (SAGE) practice. The role focuses on managing a substantial docket for a major technology client and will sit on lean teams developing case strategy, driving fact development, drafting motions and other litigation papers, and handling discovery.

Opportunities also exist to work across related matters, including financial services, white collar, and privacy/data-security litigation and enforcement. This role is part of a Career Associate program designed for experienced litigators who want deep, substantive practice without following the partner track.

Minimum ~8 years of complex civil litigation experience
Proven drafting skills (motions, briefs, discovery documents)
Experience managing discovery, including e-discovery workflows
Strong legal research, project and case management skills; ability to prioritize multiple matters
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong attention to detail
Strong academic credentials and a writing sample required
