National law firm seeks a senior commercial litigator to join its Boise office (remote work permitted; candidates should be located in the Boise area). The role offers front‑facing client responsibility and opportunities for hearings, depositions, mediations and trial work.

9–10+ years of commercial litigation experience
Active Idaho bar membership (Idaho license required)
Experience drafting/responding to discovery, drafting motions, motion practice, and managing court appearances
Experience taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations; trial experience preferred
Strong legal research, analysis and writing skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with client oversight and front‑facing responsibilities
Washington bar license preferred (not required)
