Experienced commercial litigator sought for a national litigation practice with a strong financial‑services and loan‑servicing focus. The role involves leading complex disputes for banks, servicers, and related stakeholders in federal and state courts and in arbitration.

Typical matters include contested foreclosure and secured‑creditor remedies, CMBS and distressed commercial real‑estate disputes, loan workouts and enforcement, contested bankruptcy matters, and related title and lease litigation. Hybrid/remote candidates in states where the firm operates may be considered.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
Minimum 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
Substantive experience representing financial institutions, servicers, lenders, or CMBS parties
Track record in federal and state court litigation and arbitration; contested bankruptcy experience a plus
Strong litigation management, written and oral advocacy, and client‑management skills
