Join a major international law firm's Brisbane disputes team as a mid‑to‑senior commercial litigator working on high‑value, complex domestic and cross‑border litigation. The role involves significant exposure to multi‑jurisdictional matters and collaboration with colleagues across the firm’s global disputes network.

Work will span commercial litigation areas including construction disputes, shareholder and joint‑venture disputes, and post‑M&A/private equity litigation, acting for clients in energy, resources, oil & gas, technology and related sectors. The team offers structured training, mentorship and early responsibility on significant matters.

Admitted to practise in Australia or New Zealand
Mid‑ to senior‑level commercial litigation experience at a top‑tier or leading mid‑tier firm
Strong academics and clear, effective written and oral advocacy
Comfortable managing complex, cross‑border matters and working across time zones
Client‑facing ability, collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior lawyers
Interest in technology and AI as they relate to litigation is advantageous
