International law firm is recruiting a mid- to senior-level Construction Associate (4–7 PQE) to join a busy Construction Advisory & Disputes team in Shanghai or Beijing. The role combines live project advisory work with formal dispute resolution (arbitration, court proceedings, mediation, adjudication).

4–7 years PQE (ideally 5+ PQE for Senior Associate level)
Strong experience in construction law: contract review and drafting, claims, negotiation
Experience with dispute resolution (arbitration, adjudication, litigation)
Commercial mindset, strong drafting and advocacy skills; organised and client-focused
PRC and/or foreign legal qualification desirable; degree from a top law school preferred
Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
